At the end of August 2011, at the Judo World Championship held in Paris, CIFP President Dr Kamuti Jeno awarded Jean-Luc Rouge, newly elected Secretary General of the International Judo Federation with a fair play trophy for his exemplary work and behaviour shown all along his sports and sports official career
