Fair Play Creates Buzz among Young Athletes in Taipei
The stand of the International Fair Play Committee (CIFP) has been in full operation at the Universiade in Taipei for four days and its popularity is growing among the young athletes day by day. The promotion of sportsmanship has been integrated into the official program of the Universiades and this is the third time the CIFP has set up a “Fair Play Booth” at the venue of the prestigious event.
Fair Play Featured at Taipei 2017, 29th Summer Universiade
The international multi-sports event for university athletes, the 29th Summer Universiade will be hosted between 19 and 30 August in Taipei and fair play, one of the fundamental values of sport will also be featured.
Ruth Beitia received Special Fair Play Award at the IAAF World Championships in London
Olympic high jump champion Ruth Beitia of Spain received a Special World Fair Play Award from the International Fair Play Committee (CIFP), with the support of the IAAF, at a ceremony in London on Sunday, 13th of August.
CIFP-FISU Memorandum of Understanding signed
The Steering Committee of the International University Sports Federation visited Budapest, Hungary between May 29 and May 31. The leaders of FISU had an important meeting with Dr. Jeno Kamuti, President of the International Fair Play Committee. As a result of previous preparations during the 28th Winter Universiade in Almaty, both organizations signed a long-awaited Memorandum of Understanding.

Dr Jeno Kamuti negotiated about the future of the International Fair Play Committee (CIFP) in Almaty
