The International Fair Play Committee (CIFP) and the International University Sports Federation (FISU), has announced the Chengdu World University Games FAIR PLAY AWARD.

UNESCO held “MINEPS VII Global Sports Conference” in Baku, whish was attended by ministers and senior officials responsible for physical education and sport, as well as representatives of a number international sports organisations. 

The 3rd European Games, informally known as Kraków-Małopolska 2023, was an international multi-sport event held from 21 June to 2 July 2023 in Kraków and Małopolska, Poland. All Olympic sports held at the European Games provided qualification opportunities for the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris, France.

Japanese skateboarder Kokona Hiraki, Australian Poppy Olsen and American speed skater Brittany Bowe have received Fair Play awards from the International Fair Play Committee (CIFP) in recognition of their extraordinary display of sporting spirit during the Olympic Games Tokyo 2020 and Beijing 2022 respectively.

The FICTS, Fédération Internationale Cinéma Télévision Sportifs, recently held its elective General Assembly, at which former President Prof. Franco Ascani was unanimously re-elected President of the organisation. The General Assembly took place in Cortina D’Ampezzo, Italy, one of the cities for the 2026 Winter Olympic Games.
