ANOC: Tokyo 2020 presents convincing Bid Plan to ANOC General Assembly
MOSCOW, April 14, 2012 - Tokyo 2020, Japan's bid to stage exciting, innovative Olympic and Paralympic Games in one of the world's most forward-thinking cities, was presented by the Japanese delegation to the XVIII General Assembly of the Association of National Olympic Committees (ANOC) in Moscow today.

Tokyo, 12 Apr. 2012 – British Prime Minister David Cameron met with Japanese Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda on April 10 in a bid to strengthen their strategic partnership based on its shared values. The two Prime Ministers offered their words of encouragement to each other during the meeting, with the UK also wishing the Japanese capital well in their bid to host the Olympic and Paralympic Games in 2020.
