The young Czech fencer, Lumir Kral, received the “Jacques Rogge World Fair Play Award for the Youth" in Budapest. 

The UN designated May 19, 2025, as “World Fair Play Day, commencing 2025, to promote the practice of sport with a spirit of friendship, solidarity, tolerance and inclusion, and without discrimination.

The 3rd World Fair Play Photography Competition, organized by the Turkish National Olympic Committee Fair Play Commission in 2024, has concluded. The competition, which attracted great interest, featured 164 photographs reflecting the spirit of Fair Play. The photo titled 'Just Play' by Sudip Maiti from India won the grand prize.

The XXXII World University Winter Games were held in Turin, partly at the former Olympic venues, from 13 to 23 January. The International Fair Play Committee and the International University Sports Federation (FISU) have again jointly invited nominations for the Torino 2025 Fair Play Award.
