In 2025, the Hungarian Olympic Committee celebrated its 130th anniversary, marking more than a century of commitment to the Olympic ideals of excellence, respect, and fair play.

As 2025 draws to an end, and I conclude my first half-year as CIFP President, I find myself reflecting on a simple but profound truth: Fairness is not a distant ideal; it is the atmosphere we breathe.

Turkish National Olympic Committee President Ahmet Gülüm emphasized the importance of highlighting the clean and inspiring face of sport, stating that Fair Play represents a valuable heritage built over 44 years. He underlined TMOK’s responsibility to make the dignified, unifying, and ethical values of sport more visible to society.

The International Fair Play Committee's mission is to draw the attention of the world to the outstanding examples of fair play attitude and good sportsmanship in sports.

The President of CIFP, Sunil Sabharwal and the President of EFPM, Philippe Housiaux met in Brussels to discuss a variety of joint projects for the future.
