The governing body of the International Fair Play Committee held a Council Meeting during the Olympic Games in Paris. The meeting place was the impressive Olympic Club.

Paris, France – 29 July – The International Fair Play Committee (CIFP), in collaboration with the International Olympic Committee (IOC), is once again proud to announce the Fair Play Award to honour extraordinary acts of sporting spirit during the Olympic Games Paris 2024.

Visitors could try different activities at the tent of the International Fair Play Committee. There was a game to strengthen team spirit, a puzzle, but those interested could even test their knowledge of fair play.

Jenő Kamuti, President of the International Fair Play Committee met and held a discussion with Thomas Bach, President of the International Olympic Committee on the occasion of the Olympic Qualifier Series in Budapest. 

In mid-April Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia, hosted the FIE World Junior and Cadet Fencing Championships. The International Fair Play Committee was present at the nine-day tournament for the umpteenth time.
